For over a decade, Jess has lived and worked alongside the military community as a forces broadcaster, with postings and content gathering projects in Cyprus, the Falkland Islands, Bahrain, France, the USA, Canada and Estonia. During this time, she has collaborated with and interviewed countless serving personnel, their families, and veterans. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation of the strength, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive within the Armed Forces community.
A proud military wife herself, Jess founded Altare Marketing to support and elevate veteran and spouse-run enterprises through strategic, values-driven marketing. With over 15 years in broadcasting as a presenter, producer, and project manager, alongside over a decade in marketing specialising in brand development, copywriting for online and in print, SEO, and social media strategy, Jess brings a unique blend of communication expertise.
